We will update this article with more information about Stranger Things 5 as it becomes available.

Will there be new cast members in Stranger Things season 5?

It’s no secret that the cast of Stranger Things has been growing with each new season. While we don’t know for sure if there will be any new additions to the cast for season 5, it seems likely that we’ll see at least a few new faces.

One possibility is that we’ll see more of Eleven’s family. We’ve already met her mother and sister in previous seasons, but there could be more members of her extended family that we haven’t yet met.

Another possibility is that we’ll see some new characters from Upside Down. With the Gate to the Upside Down now open, we may meet some of the creatures that live there.

Of course, we could also just see some new human characters that are unrelated to Eleven or Upside Down. Stranger Things is set in a small town, so it’s not surprising that we’d see some new faces now and then.

No matter who ends up joining the cast for season 5, one thing is for sure: we’re excited to see what they bring to the show!

Is there a release date for Stranger Things 5?

It’s been nearly two years since Stranger Things 3 dropped on Netflix, so fans are understandably eager for any information on the upcoming fifth season. However, the Duffer Brothers have been keeping tight-lipped about any details regarding the show’s return.

That being said, we do know that filming for the new season is currently underway, and it’s expected to premiere sometime in 2021. As for the plot, all we can do is speculate at this point.

We’ll be sure to update this article as soon as any new information about Stranger Things 5 is released. In the meantime, rewatch seasons one through three and try to piece together some theories about what might happen next!

What will Stranger Things 5 be about?

Along the way, they will encounter new threats and discover secrets about the past that could change everything.

Who will return to Stranger Things 5?

It’s official: Stranger Things is returning for a fifth season on Netflix. The announcement was made via a spooky teaser trailer, which gave us our first look at the upcoming season.

We also know that the new season will focus on the characters’ journey toward adulthood, as they deal with personal and interpersonal conflicts.

What we don’t know is who else will be returning for season five. Here are some of the most likely candidates:

1. Jim Hopper (David Harbour)

The fate of Jim Hopper was left up in the air at the end of season four, but it seems highly likely that he’ll be back for more Stranger Things action. After all, Harbour has been spotted on set, and his character is too important to the show to write off completely.

2. Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder)

Joyce Byers is another key player in the Stranger Things universe, so it’s safe to say she’ll be back for season five. Ryder has also been spotted on set, so we can probably expect to see her character dealing with whatever fallout

What else has the cast said about the upcoming season?

The cast and producers of Stranger Things 3 have been tight-lipped about what to expect from the upcoming season. However, they have dropped a few hints about what fans can expect.

Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas) added that the new season will be ” darker and more intense” than the previous two.

“There are more scares this season, but also a lot of heart and humor,” said Noah Schnapp (Will). “I think fans will be really satisfied with where things end up.”

Executive producer Shawn Levy has also promised that Season 3 is the show’s “most ambitious” yet. “Every episode feels like its own movie,” he said. “We’ve upped the ante in terms of both scope and scale.”

In an interview with Vulture, the Duffer brothers revealed that they originally planned for Stranger Things to last for four seasons, but decided to extend it to five after discussions with Netflix. “We’re thinking it will be a four-season thing and then out,” Ross said. “I don’t know if we can justify something bad happening to them once a year.”

While no official release date has been announced for Stranger Things 5, production is expected to begin in early 2020. This means that we can likely expect the new season to premiere sometime in late 2020 or early 2021.

Stranger Things is one of the most popular shows on Netflix, and fans are eagerly awaiting the release of season 5. While we don’t have an official release date yet, we do know that production for the new season is currently underway.

In terms of plot, we can expect the new season to pick up where the last one left off, with the characters dealing with the aftermath of the Mind Flayer’s attack. We can also expect to see more of Eleven’s backstory, as well as more development for the new character Max.

As far as the release date goes, it’s difficult to say for sure when Stranger Things 5 will be released on Netflix. However, based on previous seasons, it’s likely that we’ll see it sometime in late 2020 or early 2021. In the meantime, we’ll just have to keep re-watching seasons 1-4!

Will there be a Stranger Things 5?

The Duffer Brothers, who created Stranger Things, have said that they want the show to last for four or five seasons. So it’s possible that there could be a fifth season of Stranger Things.

If there is a fifth season, it will likely be released in late 2020 or early 2021. The first three seasons of Stranger Things have all been released in October, so a fifth season would probably follow suit.

As for what could happen in the fifth season, it’s hard to say. The Duffer Brothers have said that they know where they want the show to end, but they’re not sure how many seasons it will take to get there. So it’s possible that a fifth season could be the final season of Stranger Things. But it’s also possible that the show could go on for even longer.

Only time will tell what the future holds for Stranger Things. But we’re hopeful that there will be at least one more season of this awesome show!

Will there be a time jump in Stranger Things 5?

It’s been nearly two years since Stranger Things 3 premiered on Netflix, and fans are eagerly awaiting any news about the show’s fourth season. While we don’t know much about the upcoming season, we do know that it will be set in the summer of 1985. This means that there will likely be a time jump between seasons 3 and 4, as has been the case with previous seasons.

While it’s not yet clear how big of a time jump there will be, we may see some of the characters age up slightly. This would make sense, given that the show is set in the 1980s and the kids are currently around 13 or 14 years old. However, it’s also possible that the time jump could be much smaller, or even non-existent.

We’ll just have to wait and see what happens when Stranger Things 4 premieres on Netflix. Until then, we’ll be here to keep you updated on all the latest news and rumors about the show!

What year will Stranger Things 5 be set in?

It’s hard to say exactly when Stranger Things 5 will be set, but it will most likely be sometime in the late 1980s. The show has already jumped ahead a few years between seasons, and it doesn’t seem like the series is ready to slow down anytime soon.

This means that we can expect to see the characters age up once again, as well as have some new faces join the cast. Additionally, the plot is sure to progress and get even more complex (if that’s even possible).

Of course, all of this is just speculation at this point. We’ll have to wait until Netflix officially announces Stranger Things 5 before we know for sure what’s in store for us.

How many episodes will Stranger Things 5 have?

Stranger Things Season 5 will have 8 episodes. The Duffer Brothers, the creators of Stranger Things, have said that they are aiming for a total of around 60-70 episodes for the entire series. So far, there have been 3 seasons of Stranger Things, with each season having 8 episodes. If the Duffer Brothers stick to their plan, then we can expect Stranger Things Season 5 to have 8 episodes as well.

Will Stranger Things 5 be the final season?

It’s hard to say goodbye to Stranger Things, but it might be time to do just that. Stranger Things 5 could be the final season of the show, according to series creators Matt and Ross Duffer.

The Duffer brothers have said that they’re not sure if they want to continue the story beyond a fifth season. “We’re thinking it might be time to end on a high note,” Matt told Entertainment Weekly.

It’s not official yet, but it sounds like Stranger Things 5 could be the last we see of Eleven, Mike, Lucas, Will, Dustin, and all the other characters we’ve grown to love over the past four seasons. If that’s the case, let’s hope the Duffer brothers give us a satisfying ending.

What will happen in Stranger Things 5?

Stranger Things 5 will continue the story of Upside Down and the characters who inhabit it. The show will likely explore more of the mysteries that were left unresolved at the end of season 4, and we can expect more surprises along the way.

The main cast of Stranger Things is expected to return for season 5, although no official announcement has been made yet. We can also expect new characters to be introduced, as the show always does a great job of expanding its cast.

The plot of Stranger Things 5 is still a mystery, but we can speculate that it will continue to center around the Upside Down and the characters who have been affected by it. With so many unanswered questions from previous seasons, there is a lot of potential for where the story could go next.

We don’t have an official release date for Stranger Things 5 yet, but based on previous seasons, we can expect it to premiere sometime in late 2020 or early 2021. Until then, we’ll just have to wait and see what happens next in this thrilling series.

Stranger Things 5 cast: Who will return?

That includes Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), Natalia Dyer (Nancy), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan), Joe Keery (Steve), Noah Schnapp (Will).

While it hasn’t been officially confirmed, it seems likely that Winona Ryder will also return as Joyce Byers. Additionally, given her increased role in season four, it seems probable that Priah Ferguson will be back as Lucas’ little sister Erica.

Other returning cast members could include Cara Buono as Karen Wheeler, Brett Gelman as Murray Bauman, and Maya Hawke as Robin Buckley. It’s also possible that we could see more of Sadie Sink’s Max Mayfield and Dacre Montgomery’s Billy Hargrove, although their involvement will likely depend on the direction of the season five story.

Will Eddie Munson be in Stranger Things 5?

It’s still early days, but we don’t have any reason to believe that Eddie Munson won’t be back for Stranger Things 5. The character was last seen in the fourth season finale, which ended with a major cliffhanger. So it seems likely that we’ll see more of Eddie in the next season.

We don’t know much about what will happen in Stranger Things 5, but the new season may focus on the aftermath of the events of the previous season. If that’s the case, then Eddie could play a major role in the story. After all, he was one of the people who was most affected by the events of Stranger Things 4.

Of course, we’ll have to wait and see what happens when Stranger Things 5 finally arrives. For now, we can only speculate about what role Eddie Munson will play in the new season.

Will Vecna be in Stranger Things 5?

It’s been almost a year since Stranger Things 3 was released on Netflix, and fans are already wondering if Vecna will be making an appearance in the upcoming fifth season.

Vecna is the name of the evil wizard who appeared in the second season of Stranger Things. He was responsible for opening the Upside Down, and his presence was felt throughout the third season.

While there has been no confirmation from Netflix about Vecna’s return, it seems likely that he will make an appearance in some capacity. The Duffer Brothers, who created Stranger Things, have said that they want to keep the show fresh and exciting, so bringing back Vecna would certainly add some spice to the mix.

We’ll just have to wait and see what happens when Stranger Things 5 finally arrives. Until then, we’ll be rewatching seasons 1-3 on repeat!

Stranger Things season 3 has not been officially confirmed by Netflix, but it seems likely that the hit show will be renewed for another season. The series has been a huge success for Netflix, both critically and commercially, and the cast and crew have hinted that they would be open to doing more seasons.

If Stranger Things does get renewed for a third season, it is unlikely to premiere before 2019. The first two seasons both debuted in the summer, so it is possible that season 3 could follow suit. However, given the popularity of the show, it is also possible that Netflix could choose to release it during the holiday season or in the spring.

As far as the plot goes, we don’t know much about what a third season would entail. Season 2 ended with many loose ends still unresolved, so there is plenty of material to work with if the show does get renewed.

The main cast of Stranger Things – Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, and Joe Keery – are all expected to return if the show does get picked up for another season. Newcomers Maya Hawke and Priah Ferguson are also expected to return as recurring characters.

The Duffer Brothers have said that they are open to the idea of continuing Stranger Things beyond Season 3, but it seems like they are leaning towards wrapping up the series with the upcoming third season. So far, they have not hinted at any specific plans for Season 4 or beyond, so it remains to be seen what will happen with the show after Season 3.

How many episodes will be in Stranger Things season 3?

Stranger Things season 3 will consist of eight episodes, according to The Duffer Brothers. The brothers have also said that they want the third season to feel like a movie, with a clear beginning, middle, and end. “We’re thinking it will be a four-season thing and then out,” Ross Duffer told Vulture. “I don’t know if we can justify something bad happening to them once a year.”

When is Stranger Things season 3 released?

Stranger Things season 3 is set to premiere on Thursday, July 4th, 2019. The highly-anticipated third season of the sci-fi horror series will consist of eight episodes and will pick up one year after the events of season 2.

In the new season, the residents of Hawkins, Indiana will be dealing with the fallout from the Mind Flayer’s attack, as well as the arrival of some new faces in town.

As for the plot of Stranger Things season 3, very little is known at this point. However, we do know that it will focus on Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and her friends as they deal with the aftermath of last season’s events.

The new season will also see the return of all your favorite characters, including Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Will (Noah Schnapp), Max (Sadie Sink), Nancy (Natalia Dyer), Jonathan (Charlie Heaton), Steve (Joe Keery), Robin (Maya Hawke), and Jim Hopper (David Harbour).

What’s going to happen in Stranger Things season 3?

Stranger Things season 3 is set to premiere on Netflix on July 4, 2019. The streaming giant announced the news on Twitter with a teaser trailer that gives fans a glimpse of what’s to come in the new season.

In the trailer, we see the return of all our favorite characters: Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Will (Noah Schnapp), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), and Max (Sadie Sink). We also see the introduction of some new characters, including Mayor Kline ( Cary Elwes) and Robin (Maya Thurman-Hawke).

The trailer doesn’t give too much away in terms of plot, but we do know that the new season will be set in the summer of 1985. This means that the kids will be a year older and hopefully, a little bit wiser.

We can also expect to see more of Eleven’s backstory as she tries to come to terms with her powers. Season 3 will also deal with the fallout from Will’s time in the Upside Down and how it has affected him both mentally and physically.

With so much to look forward to, Stranger Things season 3 is shaping up to be the best one yet!

Will any characters die in Stranger Things 3?

One of the biggest questions surrounding Stranger Things 3 is whether or not any major characters will be killed off. Given the success of the show, it’s unlikely that any of the central cast members will be killed off, but that doesn’t mean that someone won’t meet their demise.

There are a few potential candidates for death in Stranger Things 3. One is Bob Newby (Sean Astin), who was introduced in season 2 and quickly became a fan-favorite character. Bob is currently dating Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder), and while it seems like things are going well for them, it’s possible that Bob could be killed off to create drama for Joyce.

Another potential victim is Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown). Eleven has already died once on the show, but she was brought back to life by Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine). Now that Eleven is living with Mike Wheeler (Finn Wolfhard) and his family, she may be killed off to further Mike’s development as a character.

Finally, there’s Will Byers (Noah Schnapp). Will has been through a lot on the show, and while he seems to have recovered from his time in the Upside Down, it’s possible that he could be a sacrificial lamb to save everyone else.

Only time will tell who, if anyone, will die in Stranger Things 3.

What year will Stranger Things 3 be set in?

Stranger Things 3 will be set in 1985, the year that the film Back to the Future was released. This will be the first time that the show will have been set in a different year than the previous season. The reason for this change is unknown, but it could be because the show’s creators want to explore what happens when the characters grow up and move on from their childhood adventures.

It is also possible that Stranger Things 3 will be set in a different location than Hawkins, Indiana. The first two seasons were filmed in Atlanta, Georgia, but it’s possible that the third season could be shot elsewhere. This would give the show’s creators a chance to explore other settings and locations that would add new elements to the story.

Which cast members will return for Stranger Things season 3?

While the cast of Stranger Things is largely made up of fresh faces, there are a few key players that have been with the show since day one. Here’s who we know will be back for Season 3:

-Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers
-David Harbour as Chief Jim Hopper
-Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler
-Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven
-Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson
-Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair
-Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler
-Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers
-Joe Keery as Steve Harrington
-Noah Schnapp as Will Byers

While it’s still unclear what role some of these characters will play in Season 3, we do know that the core group will be back to take on whatever new challenges await them.

Will there be any new characters in Stranger Things season 3?

The Duffer Brothers have confirmed that there will be new characters in Stranger Things season 3. They said, “We are adding a new cast for season 3… There are going to be a handful of new characters, but the core group will remain the same.”

One of the new characters will be Max’s (Sadie Sink) older brother Billy (Dacre Montgomery). He’s described as a “bad boy” who is “rebellious and doesn’t care about school or anything else.” He’ll be a love interest for one of the female characters.

Another new character is Dr. Owens (Paul Reiser), a high-ranking member of the Department of Energy with a mysterious past. He comes to Hawkins to help contain the fallout from last season’s events.

There are also rumors that Millie Bobby Brown may be playing two different characters in season 3. One theory is that she’ll play Eleven’s long-lost sister, while another suggests she’ll play a young version of Eleven in flashbacks.

Have they started filming Stranger Things 3 yet?

It’s official, Stranger Things 3 is currently in production! The cast and crew have begun filming in Atlanta, Georgia, and are expected to continue filming through the summer. While we don’t have an exact release date for the third season just yet, we do know that it will consist of eight episodes and is set to premiere sometime in 2019.

As for what we can expect from the plot of Stranger Things 3, all we know so far is that it will be set in the summer of 1985 and will focus on the characters’ teenage years. However, with the Upside Down still very much a part of their lives, it’s safe to say that things will continue to be strange for our favorite Hawkins residents.

In terms of new characters, it has been confirmed that Game of Thrones alum Maisie Williams will be joining the cast as a character named Robin. Additionally, there are rumors that Jake Busey (son of Gary Busey) may also be appearing in a recurring role.

So far, details surrounding Stranger Things 3 are still pretty scarce. However, with production now underway, we’re sure to start learning more soon enough. In the meantime, make sure to catch up on seasons one and two if you haven’t already – you won’t be disappointed!
